We have relationships with accomplished Founders and seasoned PE/VC General Partners who see an opportunity in Growth Capital for EBITDA-positive businesses seeking operational support to target rapidly expanding markets in unique ways. Together, we've identified this as Emerging Growth.
Real Estate
Niche real estate development including Build-to-Rent, Cold Storage, Data Centers, Student Housing, etc. As well as, income producing strategies and distressed or opportunistic value-add managers.
Private Equity
Generally we are focused on the micro and lower middle market. The “micro” refers to the sub 10M EDITDA segment of the market traditionally covered by Search Funds, Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition, and Independent Sponsors. Our focus from time to time can extend into the more mature lower middle market.
Venture Capital
We work with pre-seed and seed focused emerging Venture Capital firms that seek to stay in their lane and stack capacity constrained Funds. We also consider other niche sector focused strategies and secondary focused firms.
